She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Bridenbaugh and Mary Bridenbaugh (Swickard). She is survived by : her husband John Slates; her daughters, Cristy Elliott (Jeff) and Kelly Christoff (Todd); her stepson Chris Slates (Kristen); her siblings, Linda Blake and Flip Bridenbaugh (Tracey); and her grandchildren, Darci Richardson (Josh), Hayden, Hannah Christoff, Margo Matics and Aubrey Slates.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hounds Haven, 22 Twp Rd 150, Dillonvale, OH 43917.
