It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tasha Leann Winland of Richmond, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father John Robert Winland. She is survived by : her mother Louise Wells Bittinger (Harold); and her siblings, Kimberly Halm, Robin Sandy, Vandellia Hearn and Harold Bittinger, Jr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

The family is asking in lieu of flowers to make a donation to help with funeral expenses to Everhart-Bove Funeral Home.

Really bad And if you didn't get the other two, she was supposed to move back with me, which she stayed with me before and half. But she called me and talked to me.
