We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2023, at the age of 78, William F. Miller of Richmond, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Orlan Miller and Mabel Miller of Burgettstown, PA.; and his siblings, John Miller and Betty Freshwater. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Miller (Rothacker); his sons, Matthew Miller (Sherry) of Richmond, William Miller (Carrie) of Shickshinny, PA and Warren Miller (Linda) of Moran, TX; his daughter-in-law Wendy Landis (Mark); his granddaughter Makaela Miller (Justin Rinehimer) of Wapwallopen, PA; his siblings, Mary Gallo (Ernest) of Eldersville, PA and Robert Miller (late Shirley) of Homer Glenn, IL; and his brother-in-law William Rothacker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
