She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Elliott and Dorothy Elliott (Davids); her husband Charles McLaughlin; her son David Penrod; and her brother Robert Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Zetts (Gary) of Campbell, Don Penrod of Austintown and Doug Penrod (Karen) of Mentor, Seven; and her former husband James L. Penrod of Poland. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
