He is survived by: his children, Brian Smith and Patricia Rolstad; his grandchildren, Bruce Gibson, Sheena Stansberry, Jake Smith, Christian Bunner, Ian Smith, Lyndsie Hatfield and Brooklyne Dague; his great grandchildren, Justin and Cecelia Gibson; his grandchildren, Azariyah Pickens, Skylar, Raven and Adalynn; and his brother Richard Smith.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
