He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. Lowry, Sr. and Rosemary Avery Lowry; and his parents-in-law, George and Lucille Ison. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lowry of Richwood, Teffany Lowry of Kenton, Stephanie Johnson (Carl Pavey) and Sandy Michael of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Jevin Lowry, Kitana, Kiara Lowry of Richwood, Killiana Lowry, Kindal Johnson of Raymond, Nichelle Patty, Amanda, Heather and Joey Michael; his great grandchildren, Jaron of Knoxville, TN, Kaylan of Knoxville, TN and Addison Patty of Knoxville, TN; his grandchild Ison; his siblings, Ralph Lowry (Melissa) of Marysville, Mary Ann Haynes (Joel) of Marysville, Martha Lipe (Mike) of Bellefontaine, Paul Lowry (Lois) of Marysville and William Lowry (Nicole) of Navarre, Florida; his aunt Vivian Noggle (Ron); his close friends, Bill Haynes and Jonathan Kelsey; and his nephew Dustin Lipe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
