He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Fossen and Lillian Van Fossen (Bethel); and his sister Joan "Jalan" Antill. He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Jr. VanFossen (Eric) of Saint Marys and Sean Van Fossen of Kenton; and his brother Fred Van Fossen (Laura) of Richwood. He is also survived by dog, “Gunner, ” and several cousins.
