He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Lingo and Emma Dell Lingo (Clapsaddle); and his brother Jim Wiley. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Pratt (Georgia), Connie Carroll (Peter) and Christy Wiley; his grandchildren, Amanda Caraway (Daniel), Kara Pratt, Erica Whitt (Nate), Brendan Carroll (Amber), Josh Seckel (Cait), Molly Clark (Russ) and Sean Carroll (Sophia); his great grandchildren, Natalie Parham, Colton, Grace, Emma Whitt, Baker Seckel, Everett Carroll and Will Clark; and his sister Barbara Tallman.
