She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles M. Shields and Celia Shields (Knapp); her former life partner Abram W. Ransome; her husband Leonard J. Webb Sr.; her children, Linda S. Parsons, Charles W. Ransome and Robert Webb; her sons-in-law, Dan B. Kyle and Jack R. Beatley; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Miller, Abram Ransome and Charity Ransome Hill; and her siblings, E. Maxine Wilson, Kathleen Kramer, Emma Cheney, Charles Shields and Thomas Shields.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia "Pat" Kyle and Leonard J. Webb Jr. (Bev); her daughter-in-law Vicki Webb; her sister Charlotte J. Markley (Irvin); her sisters-in-law, Ruth Simmons, Lee Shields and Betty Scheiderer; her grandchildren, Stacey Webb, Jamie Webb, Char Hill (Scott Cooper), Darcy Blair (Jamie), Kenyon Kyle (Beth), Nathan Dane Kyle, Brad Webb (Terah), Susan Tesmer and Daryl Ransome; and her caregivers, Goldie Hensley, Mary Brady, Kathy Williamson, Jody Durr, Ella Davis and Jerri Edwards. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
