With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James B Maines of Ripley, Ohio, born in Alexandria, Kentucky, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Maines and Elizabeth Maines (Martin); his brothers, Thurlis, Walter, Delbert and Robert Maines; and his great grandchild Thomas Maines Jr..

He is survived by : his former life partner Brenda Brewer Maines of Ripley; his children, Bonnie Maines, Heidi Maines of Ripley, James Maines of Ripley, Thomas Maines of Ripley, Daniel Maines of Ripley and Joseph Maines (Nicole) of Fayetteville; and his siblings, Raymond Maines and Wanda Morgan of Trenton, OH. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
