She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Carl and Mary Ruth Young (Minzler); her husband Ursel Ray Webb, Sr.; and her siblings, Roger Young and Susie Adams.
She is survived by : her children, Jayne McKamey of Wilmington, Debbie Wheeler (Tom) of Texas and Ursel R. Webb, Jr. (Tracy); her sisters, Doris Burton (Marlin) of New Vienna and Shirley Roberts of Florida; and her brother-in-law Bob Webb (Shirley) of Wilmington. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
