She is survived by: her children, Shawna Slack (Shannon) of Georgetown, Ohio and Matt Malott (Amber) of Georgetown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Austin Slack (Shelbie Cox) of Ripley, Jaiden Slack (Anthony Treinen) of Fairfield, Zack Slack (Olivia) of Georgetown, Carson Malott of Georgetown and Lyla Malott of Georgetown; her great grandchildren, Adalyn, Deacon Slack, Peyton, Izick, Izaiah and Bryce Slack; her sisters, Retha Wilkinson (Dick) of Amelia and Patricia Leopard (late John) of Phoenix, Arizona; her nieces and nephews, Amy Stacy (Rocky) of Akron, Tommy Wilkinson of Amelia, Timmy South of Georgetown, Brady South (Hope Burns) of Maysville, Kayla South of Georgetown, Kristy Leopard of San Fransico, Kelly Leopard (Serena) of Phoenix, Kevin Leopard (Usa) of Thailand and Abby Scott (Ethan) of Mt; her pet Sissy; and her close friend Paul Gifford (family: Jerry Jones, Ernie Jones, Barb, Ronnie Connor).
