She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Cleveland and Viva Margaret Neu (Rossman); and her siblings, Helen Holton and Harold Neu. She is survived by : her siblings, Bernice Frebis (Tom) of Ripley, Ohio, Robert Neu of Lucasville and Roger Neu (Sandy) of West Harrison, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
