He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Hughes Chance; and his grandparents, Paul Schroth and Jean Pollitt. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Hamilton Wood; his children, Savannah Wood of Fairborn and Ethan Wood of Bethel, Ohio; and his siblings, Jessica Blanton of Owenton and Jamie Hughes of Arizona.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the Cahall Funeral Home (1011 S 2nd St, Ripley, OH 45167).
