He is survived by: his children, Jarvis Gallagher of Burgoon, Jarret Tyson of Bradner, Jesse Gallagher and Kerstin Velez (Amanda) of Avon Lake; and his brother Robert Gallagher of Fostoria. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
