He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold M. Patton and DeMaris M. Patton (Landwehr); his wife Connie; and his sister DeAnn Martin. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Drain and Mary Snoke (Timothy); his sister Ellen Patton; his grandchildren, Alexander Patton, Travis Patton (Miranda), Theodore Welch, Jewleahia Noon (Tyler), Andrew Patton, Hannah Snoke, Lucy Snoke, Phinehas Snoke, Judah Snoke, Eliyana Snoke, Matthew Snoke and Caleb Snoke; and his great grandchildren, Charles Patton, Serenity Patton, Krispen Shultz and Rylan Patton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Troy Township Cemetery (525 Krotzer Ave, Luckey, OH 43443). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In keeping with Fred's love of the outdoors and his simple way of life, the family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers or monetary donations, a tree be planted in Fred's memory—a lasting tribute that can grow and live on for generations to come.
