It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Nicole Scaggs of Rittman, Ohio, born in Wadsworth, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Richard II and Melissa Moss (Tackett); her husband David Ray Scaggs; her sister Amy Starcher; her nieces and nephews, Makayla, Sean, Jenna, Devin, Colton, Mason, Connor, Olivia, Leo and Raya; her in-laws, Ray and Martha Scaggs; and her pets, Oreo and Sasha.
