He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis of Canton; his children, Charlotte Sumney of Wadsworth, Matt Helms of Wilmot, Jennie Roeser of Rittman, Jason Helms (Michelle) of East Canton, Martin Helms (Angela) of Rittman and Nathaniel Helms (Rashelle) of Doylestown; his grandchildren, Matthew Helms (Christy), Brayden Sumney, Cheyenne Helms, Roslyn Sumney, Aubrie Roeser, Alyssa Helms, Mickenzie Helms, Austin Helms, Sarah Helms, Autumn Roeser, Aden Helms and Kamber Helms; his great grandchildren, Caroline Helms and Malikai Anderson; and his sister Cleo Kocher of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
