She is survived by: her children, Jason Bowers (Jeanette) of Rittman, Frank Anthony Herra of Medina, Lynn Anspach of Las Vegas, Carolyn Grace Jr. of Medina and Richard Grace (Emliee) of Norton; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Logan (Tom), Ruth Whiting (Steve), Mary Jo Cortes (Miguel) and Jefferey Bowers (Kimm). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
