He was predeceased by: his wife Julie. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Henthorn (Jennifer) of Rittman and Daniel Henthorn (Alisson) of Rittman; his grandchildren, Alaina, Anna, Avery, Felicity, Felix and Feona; and his siblings, Mark Henthorn (Ronnie) of Wadsworth, Gary Henthorn of Wadsworth, LuAnn Holcomb (Delmer) of Wadsworth and Beverly Matty (Keith) of Wadsworth.
