He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tina Hetrick; his daughters, Samantha Fox Jamie (Stephen) and Toni Wood (David); his stepsons, Matthew Brady (Tara) and Cody Brady (Candace); his grandchildren, Alex Maxwell, Madison Frazier, Dayvionne Floyd, Westin Frazier, Wyatt Fox, David Wood Jr., Madison Brady, Claire Brady, Rowan Brady, Callie and Ty; his mother Phyllis Hetrick; his stepmother Janet Hetrick; his father Glenn Hetrick; and his daughter Nicole Hetrick.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (516 W Sunset Dr, Rittman, OH 44270). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (9560 Acme Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
