She is survived by: her husband Willard Earl Watts; her son Russell Earl "Rusty"; her daughter-in-law Dena Watts of Rittman; her grandchildren, Matthew Watts, Jason Watts, Michael Watts, Alicia Watts, Starlyn Smallwood, Nathan Rupp and Jeraud Rupp; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine Watts, Joslynn Watts, Isaiah Evans, Izabella Watts, Skyler Watts, Lance Rupp, Mackyena Bowman, Callie Rupp, Daniel Rupp and Abby Rupp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
