He is survived by: his wife Donna Faye Moore; his children, Dottie Winkler of Rittman, Richard Jr. "Bo" (Jessica Isaac) of Rittman and Samantha Miller of Rittman; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan Morrison), Mackenzie Isaac, Payton Isaac, Ally Cyrus, Damiane Miller and Brooke Miller; his great grandchildren, Bella Maynard and Morrison; and his siblings, Truman (Bernita Isaac), Judy Isaac of Fort Gay, WV., Christina (Billy Cox) and Dottie (Tony Spitaleri).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with Richard's final expenses.
