She is survived by: her parents, Ernest L. Owen and Danita Eggers (McKenzie); her sons, Charles Frazier of Cleveland and Brandon J. Frazier of Dalton; her siblings, Robert L. Owen of Dalton, Charles, Marlana Owen of Ashtabula and Teresa M. Owen of Ashtabula; her aunt LaVonne S. Silva (Owen) of Rittman; and her uncle Lewis D. (Mary Ann Owen). She is also survived by Many nieces, cousins, and nephew.
