He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Hatten and Leeta Hatten (Lycan); his wife Barbara Fortner; his brothers, Vernon and Denny Hatten; and his nephews, Donald Hatten and Michael Ray.
He is survived by : his sisters-in-law, Gloria Ray (Sonny) and Mallory Hatten; and his nieces and nephews, Janet, David, Gloria, Mark, Tami, Alicia and Timothy Ray.
