With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith A. Bell-Dorman of Rock Creek, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Coates and Elsie Coates (Fanslow); and her sister Elissa R. Coates. She is survived by: her husband Col. Dorman; her cousin Sandy; her close friend Miss Ellie; her former husband Ralph T. Dorman; her daughter Lisbeth A. Bell (Betsy); her former husband Milo J. Bell; her grandchildren, Katharine J. (Katie), U. S. Navy Intel Specialist and Jonathan Bell; and her stepdaughters, Jennifer Dorman Hephner of Maryland and Rebecca Dorman Weaver of Florida.
