He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew D. Bolenbaugh and Mildred Exline (Zizelman); his grandparents, William "Bill" and Flo Zizelman; his former wife Marilyn Bolenbaugh (Rice); his wife Sally Jo Bolenbaugh (Crawford); his son Brian Keith Bolenbaugh; and his pet Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Bolenbaugh (Melissa) of Nashville, Tennessee and Julie McKibben (Shane) of Loveland, Ohio; his siblings, Bill Exline of Sebring, Florida and Gloria Pruitt of Celina, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nancy Taylor McKibben, Boston McKibben, Lauren Miller (Will), Paige Bolenbaugh and Anna Jones; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Lazarus, Von Miller and Daisy Mae Miller.
