She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Etzler and Gertrude E. Etzler (Conrad); her husband Ray A. Leighner; her brother Lloyd W. Etzler; and her siblings-in-law, Roy Leighner, Howard Leighner (Olive), Harold Leighner, Harriet Thomas (Max), Lois Yeager (Ralph) and Ruthilene Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Mick Leighner (Kimberly) of West Milton, Ohio, Loretta Hays (Daniel) of Mendon and Jill Luginbill (Scott) of Willshire, Ohio; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Etzler and Nancy Leighner; and her grandchildren, Brayton Luginbill, Dakota Hays, Emma Leighner, Derek Leighner, Noah Leighner and Abby Leighner.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (17434 Schumm Rd, Willshire, OH 45898).
