She is survived by: her sons, Ken Meyer (Pam) of Rockford and Jeff Meyer (Jennifer) of Huntington, Indiana; her brother Les Mittank (Jackie) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Madison Agler (Clayton), Tori Riggs (Jordan), Brooke Smith (Collin) and Zach Myers (Sara). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
