He is survived by: his wife Linda Oecsle; his children, Stacey Henkle of Rockford, Ohio, Kelly Clemens (Jason) of Grand Rapids, Ohio and Danielle Bailey (Ryan Moore) of Casstown, Ohio; his sisters, Linda Hart of Rockford and Connie Marbaugh of Willshire, Ohio; his grandchildren, Macy Kinney (Caleb), Meg Henkle, Cora Moore, Townsend Clemens, Quentin Clemens and Jaden Clemens; and his great grandchild Kollyns Kinney.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home (111 W 1st St, Rockford, OH 45882). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home (111 W 1st St, Rockford, OH 45882).
