He was predeceased by: his father Francis Patch; his son Keith LaFountain II; his siblings, Stanley Patch and Connie Stanford; and his brother-in-law David Teeple.
He is survived by: his mother Betty A. Patch (Wendel) of Berne, Indiana; his wife Yvonne Patch (Moon); his children, Natasha L. Moon of Rockford, Ericka L. Fisher of Sidney and Adam R. Fisher of Tucson, Arizona; his grandsons, Trevor Houser and Tyler Fisher; his stepson Jeremy Bruggemen; and his siblings, William Patch (Melissa) of Findlay, Diana Bickle (Bud) of Churubusco, Randy Patch (Goldie) of Ansonia, Tammy Teeple of Berne, Joe Patch (Bonnie) of Geneva, Patty Newsome (Rick) of Dunkirk and John Patch (Carolyn) of Geneva. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
