He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Maria. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Maria of Miami and Nikolas of Columbus; his brothers, John Klek (Luba) and Julian Klek (Christine); and his godsons, Markian Zyga, Alexander Klek and Andriy Klek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
