She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Douglas Koontz-Dardis (Cheryl) and Joellen Koontz-Dardis (late Garry); and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her grandchild Chase (Danielle); her great grandchild Bella Jo; and her sister Ginny.
