We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025, at the age of 89, James Eugene McHugh (Rocky River, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Eugene McHugh to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jewel; and his parents, James and Melba. He is survived by: his children, Joyce (Dave), James (Letty) and John (Robin); his grandchildren, Jennifer, John Allen, Daniela, JoAnna and Ariana; his great grandchildren, Grace, Nicholas, Victoria, Alexander, Genevieve and Christian; and his grandson Julian.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Westshore Unitarian Universalist Church (20401 Hilliard Blvd, Rocky River, OH 44116). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
