He was predeceased by: his parents, William Regan and Harriett Regan; his wife Clara Jean; and his brothers, Samuel Regan (Jay) and Andrew Regan (Mary).
He is survived by: his children, Billy Regan (Mary Ann) and Kathy Barrick (Mike); his grandchildren, Chris Popil and Jessica Barrick; and his great grandchildren, Taylor and London Popil.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home (23040 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at the St. Theodosius Cemetery (8200 Biddulph Rd, Brooklyn, OH 44144).
