He is survived by: his wife Ingrid; and his children, Beverly (Don), Barbara and Mary (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Golubski Funeral Home (5986 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus (3649 E 65th St, Cleveland, OH 44105).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus in the name of Bob Sledz, 3649 E. 65th St. Cleveland, OH 44105.
