He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Emerine and Margaret Emerine (Bradford); his wife Mindy Kail; and his brothers, Jerry and Martin Emerine.

He is survived by : his children, Nathan Emerine (Kaley), Emily Mishler (Adam) and Sister Bev Huffman; his mother-in-law Dorcas Kail; his brother-in-law Mark Kail (Patti); and his grandchildren, Isabelle Thoms and Elijah Mishler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
