He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bower and Florence Bower (Logan); and his son Billy L. Bower Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dora; his children, Melissa Tracy and Ricky Lee Bower; his grandchildren, Brandi Davis, Brittani Davis (Chris), Kayla Varner, Cody Hamrick, Dylan and Blake Bower; and his sisters, Carol Talshaw (Carl), Denise Siciliano and Debra Cross (Dave).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ravenna Church of Christ (3897 Summit St, Ravenna, OH 44266).
