She is survived by: her husband John Faulstick; her son Andrew Faulstick Streetsboro (Erin) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Erin Faulstick Rootstown of Ohio, Paisley Faulstick of Streetsboro Ohio, Riley Faulstick of Streetsboro Ohio and Chase Faulstick of Streetsboro Ohio; and her siblings, Kimberly Bushey (Jeffrey) of Tilghman Island, Maryland and Michael Meyer Whitesburg.
