Oscar touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar K. Riggenbach and Mildred Riggenbach (Schneider); his wife Charlotte Riggenbach; and his siblings, Robert Riggenbach and Constance Reilly.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Boxler (Joe) of Woodsfield, OH and Patty Eltringham (Dennis) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Joshua Leffel (Ginny), Olivia Clifton (Zachary), Anthony Boxler (Stephanie) and Jennifer Eltringham; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Kinsley, Carson Clifton, Evan and Elsie Boxler. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
