He is survived by: his sons, David Smithberger (Tina) and Donald Smithberger; his grandchildren, Michael Shannon (Sarah) and Ashley Jones (Brady); his great grandchildren, Kenley, Taylin and Beckett; and his sister Kay McGuire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
