He is survived by: his wife Patty (Polen); his children, Kelley Maddox (Hartley), Todd Hartley and Travis Hartley; his siblings, Mike Hartley (Karen), Steven Hartley (Mandy) and Beth Kowalski (Larry); his grandchildren, Zane Maddox, Emilie Maddox, Ely Maddox, Olivia Watts, Brandon Dailey, Bailey Saxton, Cole Hartley, Riley Hartley, Brinna Hartley, Brock Hartley, Anthony Emrick, Drew Hartley and Zack Hartley; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Watts and Eliott Jay Rush. He is also survived by family members and countless friends.
