She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis S. Archer and Rosa M. Archer (Hughes); her former husband Evertt West; her husband Richard Baker; her children, Patricia Volland and Rodger West; her son-in-law Robert Volland; and her siblings, Eleanor Mourtsen, John Archer, Gene Archer, Jim Archer, Hugh Archer, Carl Archer and Ed Archer.
She is survived by: her children, Terry West of Stockport, Rosabeth Dorfhuber (Reinhard) of Carpinteria, CA and Brenda Zienta (David) of Zanesville; her daughter-in-law Patty West; her grandchildren, Paul Volland (Andrea), Luella Epler (Rick), Misty West, Evertt West (Jenni Bryan), Stephanie Glassmire (Jake), Natasha Annis (Matt), Kyle Hittle, Kody Hittle (Clarissa) and Adam Zienta; her sisters-in-law, Sharon Archer of Morresville, NC and Carol Archer of Zanesville; and her close friend Becky Brydon. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; thirteen great-great grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hillis Combs Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701-2822). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with arrangements.
