He was predeceased by: his father Roy E. McMillan; and his brother Jeff "Farmer" McMillan. He is survived by: his mother Linda Pletcher McMillan of New Lexington; his wife Penny Rose McMillan; his children, Tiffany Trivett (Scott) and Brandon McMillan (Vanessa); his sister Jackie McMillan; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Watkins (Kaitlyn) and Raylee Spohn.
