She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Heintz and Virginia Heintz (Ice). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Mack; her sister-in-law Karen Carter (Gary); her nephews, Ryan (Olivia) and Patrick (Sydney Cable); and her great-nephew William Carter.
A burial was held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at the Arlington Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (4695 Blue Rock Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
