He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth (Chance) and Raymond Miller, Sr.; his wife Mildred Miller; his son-in-law Denny Ross; and his brother Paul J. Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Grace Mildred Lance; his children, Raymond E. Miller III (Teresa), Barbara Ross, Glenn Miller (Susan) and Don Miller (Carolyn); his sister Doris Singleton (Bill); Georgianna Miller. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.
