He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Donnell, (Ketcham) and William Donnell, Sr.; and his grandchild Reese. He is survived by: his wife Laura Donnell (Smith); his children, Chrystal Blankenship (Danny) and Stephen Donnell (Lacey); his daughters-in-law, Tracy Kurucz (Tony) and Denise Praschak; his grandchildren, E. J., Joseph, Stephen, Jr., Bradley, Alexis and Emily; and his siblings, Dennis Donnell (Mary), Denise Low (Jack) and Penny Allen. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
