She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Zaciek and Irene Zaciek (Czubachowski); and her daughter Rachael. She is survived by : her husband James "Jim" Loo; her children, Elizabeth Zemanski (Justin), Jonathan Loo and Jenny Loo; her grandchildren, Kira Zemanski, Jay Zemanski, Cayden Coehrs and Liam Grzymkowski; and her brothers, Alan Zaciek (Linda) and Mark Zaciek.

Memorial donations in Cindy's name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to Susan G. Komen.
