He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Fortner (Steve) and Amy Giordano (Chris); his grandchildren, Matthew Fortner, Daniel Fortner, Sarah Morse (Stephen), Samantha Giordano and Michael "Mick" Giordano; and his siblings, Barbara Prise (late James), David French (Cindy), Thomas French, Karen Bugman (Dale Cartwright) and Peter French.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's honor to the Rossford Public Library to support the good work done by Mr. French over so many years.
