He is survived by : his wife Susan Madden; his children, Jacob Madden, Nicholas Madden (Cassidi), Ricky Madden Jr., Alexandria Gould (Tylor), Donald Carey Jr., Steven Carey and Kristie Parker; his brother Paul Madden Jr. (Midge); and his grandchildren, Emma and Destiney.
